Substream Magazine - Music. Film. Culture. Obsession.

Not since Bridge 9 Records signed Have Heart (RIP) has a hardcore band had as much hype and immediate fanfare as Kentucky’s Knocked Loose. Thriving on a relentless and unbelievably heavy style of in-your-face music, the band has gone from being an underground sensation to a group on the cusp of taking the alternative world by storm in just three short years, and their latest single, “Oblivions Peak,” is among their best efforts to date.

Taken from the band’s upcoming Pure Noise Records debut (Laugh Tracks), “Oblivions Peak” finds Knocked Loose taking a stand against intolerant cowards who hide before uniforms and fraternities while promoting murder. Vocalist Bryan Garris told Revolver, “‘Oblivions Peak’ was the first song we wrote for this album, and still one of our favorites. Some of the coolest riffs we’ve ever had, hope you like it!”

You can stream the song below:

Knocked Loose will release Laugh Tracks on September 16. Pre-orders are available now. If you wish to see the band live, and we highly suggest doing so, you’re going to want to visit one of the following cities this fall:
